Quay Assessment Training Ltd is also working in partnership with HASCA and Penn Consultants to build the Pan London Assessor network for Skills for Care.

Quay Assessment Training Ltd has recently moved into the HSC L3 DANOS awards and are working in partnership with The Blenheim CDP project this projects has enabled over 100 people to become qualified in line with the NTA targets. We also were lead partner on The STARCARE PROJECT which we worked with in partnership with Southwark Council which ran for 5 years and qualified over 700 carers in Southwark area gained us the” Championing Equality and Diversity award from London LSC in 2005. We do this by:

Providing update information on funding available for learners

• Providing information, advice and guidance to learners and their employers
• Developing assessment materials in order to assess the national occupational standards
• Provide one-to-one support for each candidate to ensure they complete their qualification
• Creating a strategy that allows assessors to complete the observation and assessment of candidates that employers demand
• Completing an individual assessment plan involving the employer to ensure three way communications

The method of delivery is different than many other care training providers in that it is assessor driven and does not disrupt the candidate from their every day duties.
